On the day of my visit (January 24, 2025), the farm exhibited considerable deer activity. The entire 70 acres will be fully utilized during the fall rut. This property boasts extensive bedding areas and a significant travel corridor that traverses the northern part. The fields are densely overgrown with small trees, enhanced by substantial woodlands at the northern end of the property. Access to the farm is from the south, but the prime area is situated away from the road and any prying eyes. Ray County is known for consistently producing trophy bucks each year.
