This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is located in Richland County, which is consistently one of the better counties in Ohio for deer numbers and big bucks. The land here shows there are no shortage of deer, and this landowner would like some help controlling the deer numbers. So, if you take this lease, please be willing to help by harvesting does. This landowner used to hunt, however no longer has had time to get out so decided to lease. Good buck sign throughout the property with Black Fork Mohican River running on the south boarder of the property for traveling bucks. With two separate blocks of cover totaling roughly 18 acres. This is mixed well between open timber and thick grassy/ swampy cover. The rest of the property is in a mix of agricultural crops, including alfalfa, wheat, corn and soybeans. Some pasture along the creek however most of this area was left out of the boundary of the lease. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. Mansfield is less than 30 minutes away with everything you could need.
