This hunting lease is leased and not available. Sweet little lease here in Lawrence County, Indiana that you guys are going to love. Lawrence county has a great population of deer and turkeys, so this should be a great lease for a guy and his kids or a group of guys. The landowner will be great to work with. He is a hunter himself and is willing to give you any advice you are looking for. Stands will stay but you will want to check these and make sure they are safe. He has not hunted this in a year due to buying another property, but it was a honeyhole when he did hunt it. The landowner has had no problem seeing plenty of deer and always had some good bucks using the property. Starting in 2025, the landowner has also added a crop lease so there will be a corn/bean rotation in the fields. This lease will have it all with timber, food, and water in the watering hole. As you can see in the photos, there were lots of tracks in the snow and several piles of deer droppings as well. Lock this up ASAP! Landowner asks that you use ATV's/UTV's for hunting related purposes only and stay off the crops until they are harvested. No camping allowed but there is plenty of lodging options close by in Beford.
