Here you have 132-acres in Athens County that is all wooded and has been managed well for quality whitetails. Check out the trail cam pictures and rubs I found!!! Landowner lives on site to keep an eye on things. The property is rolling hills with a great trail system. The north property line is a nice creek, and landowner owns all the property on the other side. The rest of the boundaries are marked with red paint. Across the creek the landowner has two large and lush food plots. Set up on the points heading to the food plots and you should have some super action. Timber has great hardwoods and nice oaks for mast. Landowner has possible lodging on site if you wish. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. Athens is within 20 minutes for all your needs. Spring turkey hunting with shotgun is OK. Fall turkey hunting archery only. Put out a few mineral sites and start taking inventory.
