This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is about as good as it gets!!! The proof is in the pictures, and the pictures are great!

The southern part of the east side of the property is left completely wild and will serve as a great sanctuary area for growing those giant Kansas whitetails. The owner will be installing a new creek crossing sometime this spring or summer�whenever is convenient for you, as he doesn't want to disrupt your turkey season. There are wildlife filter strips along the creek, and there is also a "foodplot" area (purple outline) that you are free to use how you see fit!

The north 80 a in the west part of the property will be grazed by cattle part of the year, but don't let that discourage you. A strategically placed feeder will be deadly over there. The southern part is crops and hay ground. I see both of the wooded drainages as great spots to set up over.

Feeders are OK, and you are allowed to fence them off from the cattle.
