This hunting lease is leased and not available. This South-Central Kentucky farm is going to be a good one. Great onsite landowner who is willing to help out in any way that she can. The day of inspection there were turkeys and deer both on this farm. Landowner says turkey hunting is like fishing in a barrel. Thousands of acres of timber surrounding this farm and you should be able to draw the deer out easily with a couple of bait sites. Landowner is willing to help out with baiting for a small fee and will give you a spot to store some bags of corn. There are cattle in the fields, but they are kept out of the main timber areas and late winter are up closer to the house. This farm could be really good for a velvet buck as the cattle aren't in the main fields until after the last hay cutting. Good food and lodging located less than 15 minutes away in multiple towns.
