This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 331-acre lease is located in Pioneer, Tennessee, Campbell County. The property consists of three separate parcels totaling 331-acres. This land has experienced little hunting pressure, which is a good indication of its potential. We observed elk, deer, and turkey while inspecting the lease in early February. The land does feature some steep terrain, but many old logging roads provide access to most of the property. I found elk rubs and deer rubs scattered throughout and lots of old ground scrapes. The lease spans both sides of the road, and the landowner reports that some very large deer have been taken from the north side of the property. Access to the property is gated, and you will need to contact the leasing agent if you plan to inspect it; the landowner will provide a key when you lease the property. There is plenty of food and water available on the lease. Please ensure that all gates are secured after entering, as there is some cattle in the fields. This is a very nice property with significant potential to host impressive deer, and it will be exciting to see elk while hunting. You are allowed to drive through the fields with an ATV; just please be respectful and try to stay on the edges. The landowner does not live on the property; he has a shop and other structures there.
