This 244-acre property is located in Jamestown, Tennessee, in Fentress County. The property is off the beaten path and very secluded. It drops down from the gravel road and ends at a creek. There is plenty of area at the top that is thick and will definitely hold the deer; I found numerous game trails winding through this area. There are several old logging roads leading down to the creek that have large oaks throughout them. I found many large white oaks where the deer had been feeding. There are many great locations on the property for food plots. I found numerous rubs and plenty of deer tracks. I did not find any signs of hogs, but it looks like a great property for them. While the property does have some steep terrain, there are plenty of flatter areas suitable for stands. There is no hunting allowed on the property to the west and south. Just to the north of the hunting lease is 6,000 acres of WMA, Skinner Mountain WMA. This is a very private and secluded lease that will be a great spot to escape and enjoy being away from everyone. The property has had very little hunting pressure over the last 10 years, as reported by the landowner, who does not live on the property. There are no structures on the property, which was logged in 2022. This will be a great property to manage and enjoy for years.
