Continue along the internal trail network through a funnel of large hardwood and pine timber and you then are greeted by another large field that resembles a golf course. Covered in deer tracks and surrounded by mast producing oaks, this one will produce. Just out the eastern end of this field is beautiful Standing Reed Creek, a year round flowing water source. Cross this creek and the hardwoods again open up into the best looking spot I have seen since my time at Base Camp. No kidding! This field is being hammered by turkeys with droppings everywhere.
