There is a total of 35-acres of timber and cover on this property. You have 11-acres of hardwoods and crop fields on the front half. Then, the back half is rolling pasture with 24-acres of ravines filled with white oaks and cedars. Deer sign was everywhere, just check out all the great rubs I found. You have access from the east to play those normally westerly winds. There were no cattle on inspection, but landowner said there will be cattle there at times, so set up accordingly. The west end drops down to a beautiful hard bottom creek. I jumped deer and turkey while inspecting. I thought of a dozen ways to set up on this property, and you are well off the road, so all day action should occur during the rut.
