This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a large 310 acre tract in Tazewell County Virginia, very close to West Virginia. This property is mountainous, but it is loaded with deer and turkeys!! The property consists of about 60 acres of hay fields and the remaining 250 acres is wooded. The woods are a mix of different hardwoods. The tract was select cut around 2003. An old logging road system is in place but will need to be cleared to make access by ATV. 2 access points are available from the north end and 2 access points from the east side.

My walk through this property produced tons of fresh turkey and deer sign. I even saw about 15 deer both in the fields and working my way up the mountain. You can see a few in the pictures. Property doesn't show any sign of being hunted in the recent past. ATV and camping are acceptable for hunting purposes. Sunday hunting is allowed. Closest town for amenities will be Tazewell, about 20-25 minutes away.
