This hunting lease is leased and not available. This lease consists of two good looking tracts located three miles apart.

The north tract features a killer woodlot on the north end of the property. The owners have opened up a little bit of the north part of the woodlot (outlined in green on the aerial map), and this will make an excellent food plot/ feeder location, with quick and easy access in and out. The balance of the property is hay ground. Crops are on the neighbors to the east.

The south tract is located along 110 Mile Creek, and just north of Hwy 68. Access will be into the SE or NE corners. The wooded ridge on the south end is part of a bigger woodlot. The owners have opened a portion of the top part to create a bit of a "park" atmosphere that they utilize for picnics and personal recreation a few times a year. They may potentially build a cabin of some sort in this location in a few years. They will be courteous of your hunting efforts as much as possible, and good communication will be encouraged. The northeast corner of this tract. features a good-looking bedding area with the tall grass and saplings. This could also be great habitat for upland game.

Cattle will be in the lots around the house on the south part of the north tract.
