This farm in Johnson County is an excellent location for deer and turkey hunting. With every step I took, I encountered either wildlife or signs of their presence. The property is quite secluded, situated in an area where wildlife frequently gathers or passes through on a daily basis. All my farms in this region consistently yield good results each year.
As of March 2025, this is one of the few counties in Missouri that still enforces a 4-point restriction on one side. Utilizing OnXmaps will be beneficial here, as some boundaries have minimal fencing or the fence is down, particularly along the northern edge. This is a beautiful farm, and any hunter would be pleased to hunt here.
