This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property holds a ton of deer and turkey! I saw 11 deer and a flock of turkey, before I even stepped out of my truck! There were deer running out ahead of me and feeding on the powerline, the whole time I was inspecting the property. This 165 acre property consists of 3 parcels. The large parcel on the north side of the road has a great mixture of thick bedding and open hardwoods. There are a couple of pine benches loaded with heavy trails and bedding, creek draws that create nice funnels, hardwood ridges and saddles to hunt, and 2 beautiful powerlines intersect in the center of the property, and could be used for easy access to anywhere on the property, along with old logging roads. Strategically placed food plots on the powerlines would make for some exciting action. The property is loaded with mast producing oaks, beech trees and even some heavily producing chestnut trees!! The 2 smaller parcels, on the south side of the road, had some heavy deer trails and buck sign on them, and they both have the north fork cross creek running through them, which should provide some good fishing.
