During my inspection on 01/28/25, there was an abundant amount of deer sign on the property. Several rubs, tracks, and trails were all visible as you can see in the photos. There are plenty of mature trees on the property for stand locations also. Several oak trees are located throughout the property. Row crops are the norm in the fields. The location of this property in relation to the surrounding area should provide deer movement all day long. A nice trail system through the property can provide stealthy access to all areas of the lease. Respectful use of ATVs is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Respect all boundaries.
