The property features scenic valleys and a few hogback ravines, prime locations to catch a mature buck moving through. Comprised of timber, bedding areas, row crops, and water sources, this farm has everything needed to hold and grow mature bucks. During my visit, I found countless rubs along the ridge lines, too many to photograph, and the entire property was covered in deer tracks. Although I took several photos, the heavy leaf cover made it difficult to capture the tracks clearly. The farm also has old logging roads that allow for quiet access. A selective timber harvest was completed in 2018, with the tops left on the ground, further enhancing the habitat for wildlife.
