In the heart of Western KY, this farm has a giant deer and turkey population. Loads of timber here as it is old mining country, and the bucks have the cover to age. I saw several deer while inspecting. The landowner lives here and has the equipment to assist in any plots or work you want—multiple food plots in place now.
**Lessee has the use of the house and garage only during hunting season**
**Lessee will pay the electric and water for the house for the time you stay**
**Gated entrance where the road dead-ends at the house**
**Mandatory landowner notification when you will be on the lease. no exceptions**
**Any improvements made by Lessee must be approved by the landowner**
**The house must be kept clean of debris and food while not there**
**One infraction and the home will immediately be pulled from the lease**
