400 A of rolling farmground on two different tracts, with some good looking, hidden woodlots for the deer to call home.
The NW tract features an old overgrown ridge in the middle of crops. At one point, many years ago Deer Creek curled up around the bottom of this ridge, but it has been straightened out and now makes up the south border. It has very steep walls, and looks like a great hidden runway for those trophy whitetails.
The SE tract features two hidden woodlots up over the hill from the road, and will probably where you will focus most of your hunting efforts. The woodlots are very secluded, and should provide some excellent bedding cover. The remainder of the tract is in crops.
