This hunting lease is leased and not available.
**Archery Only Lease**
A phenomenal 382-acre QDM, proven big buck farm located in Edgar County, Illinois. The landowners have done an outstanding job in managing the deer herd. This farm is made up of big timber, row crops, bedding, and water; every single ingredient you need to grow, hold, and harvest mature bucks. There is plenty of water for all wildlife throughout the farm and it's year-round versus seasonal, which is critical to have during the pre-rut and rut. The landowner lives on the property and keeps a keen eye on it. While walking this lease, I literally stopped taking photos of rubs and worn-down deer trails because there were so many. Note the size of trees that are being rubbed. I have no doubt whatsoever that there are some bruiser bucks calling this farm home based on what I saw and the farm's history. The secluded crop fields will make for great ambush sites for those bucks coming out to feed. They should feel very comfortable in doing so with such seclusion. The aerial photo will show you just how secluded these crop fields are!! There are numerous funnel and pinch-points on this farm, and I found numerous stand locations. There are several different ways to enter this farm so you can hunt any wind direction that mother-nature throws your way! The landowner is willing to put in food plots for you; he'll work with you once farm is leased. Property had a select timber harvest this past year. This part of Illinois is absolutely on fire and producing bruiser bucks! Anyone who knows Illinois hunting knows that Edgar County consistently produces high end bucks' year in and year out. I have no doubt what-so-ever that this farm is no exception.
