Awesome 200 A located less than an hour from Kansas City, and only 7 miles off the Interstate. The majority of this property is heavily wooded pasture, with a 40 A hay meadow on the NW side. Crops on three sides. An old walnut grove is located in the middle of the timber on the SW corner. A nice creek system disects the property and there is a good 60 feet of elevation change along the north end of the pasture. Tons of deer and turkey sign. While inspecting, I shot two turkeys (with my camera), as they walked in front of me at 20 yards. A campsite is available on the NW corner, next to three ponds. There are four docks between the three ponds and they should be great for fishing along with waterfowl. You should be able to utilize this part of the property without disturbing the deer and turkey in the woods on the south part of the property. The owner says there is "bass that will break your arm" in his ponds.

A new fence was put in along the road on the east side of the property, so those trees got cleared out. The same will be happening on the west side of the property in the next year or two.
