This farm is in crop rotation and positioned in a great area to kill big bucks in Kentucky. Here, we have 214 acres in Metcalfe County, about 20 minutes from I-65 in Cave City, so it's in the northern part of the county. While on the property, I bumped into deer in multiple areas on the lease. The area is easy to navigate and has no steep ground or livestock. Overgrown areas provide bedding and browse, along with the timbered sections on the property offering cover for the local herd. Although we have had the farm for some time, if you are reading this, all the photos and this description are as fresh as this listing. We will keep the hunter numbers as four and try to beat the price on this one. Good luck with that. Use our provided map, as public mapping apps have not yet caught up with the county. I've included the 200" Metcalfe giant found in an attic last year. This could happen, but you have to be here for a chance.
