The locals are going to be jealous that you are hunting this ranch and they aren't! Plus, it hasn't been hunted in two years.
This is a working cattle ranch located in the heart of the Kansas Flint Hills. Deep, heavily wooded draws and ravines nestled in between the rocky, rolling hills should hold very good quality deer, as proven by the sheds the landowner has scattered about. He has hundreds of them! There is limited truck access throughout the property and ATVs are heavily suggested. Access is through a minimum of two gates and landowner lives on the east side of the property to help keep an eye on things.
Cattle will be west of the blue line until mid fall. After that, some will be shipped out and some will be wintered on a portion east of the blue line.
