This hunting lease is leased and not available. Literally, just 10 minutes from Fishers! What a pleasant surprise this was. From the aerial map I was expecting a nice farm with some good opportunities. What I saw on my inspection far exceeded that. This farm has all the diversity that big whitetails love. Crops on the east side, water in the pond in the center of the property and a bedding area on west side of crop field. I jumped a pretty good 8 pointer as I walked through.The large tract of woods in the back is all mature hardwoods. Great stand sites for evening hunts and plenty of good trees for clilmbing stands. The far west side of the property is a low draw that is obviously a travel corridor connecting this property to the woods to the south. With two sides of the property bordered by either a high fence (behind the warehouse) or Interstate 69, any hunter should be able to figure this one out pretty quick. Access is from the south. Great place to pull off and park in the driveway to a barn.
