This hunting lease is leased and not available. Attention Ohio Hunters!!....Here is another nice big tract with great access. This farm sits just minutes from the Ohio state line. The timber on this farm is nice and mature with plenty of hardwoods. I also like the long shape of the timber. This will allow at least 2 hunters at once to spread out a little and still have a shot at a Hoosier stud. At this time of year the only thing that shows up much are tracks and there was no shortage of those. There is plenty of deer traffic on this farm.

Due to the size of the farm, the woodlot looks a little small on the map. There are 45 acres of mature, acorn producing trees on this lease!

One of the things I liked the most about this property was the access. From highway 1, it was easy to pull off and walk one of the drainage swales back to the woods. For anyone that wants to get in a tree quickly and pretty easy, this would be a great place to look.
