This hunting lease is leased and not available. This farm sits smack-dab in the middle of some great deer hunting and it's only 1/2 mile north of the Pike County line. The farm is made up of timber, row crops, and a seasonal creek, all the ingredients needed for the opportunity to harvest a mature Illinois whitetail. The way this tract lays out, it sets up very nice for both the archery and the shotgun hunter. While waking the property, I found several stand locations and some very nice pinch points where the deer have to travel through, to get to the crops. At the time of my inspection, the farm was completely littered with deer sign, from the hedge row on the north side of the farm all the way through the entire timbered area. Because of the way the terrain lays, you cannot see portions of the timber from the county road. The bucks you see in the trail cam pictures, show the possibilities this farm presents. Landowner is a very nice guy and upon leasing the farm, he will show you the entire property and boundary lines if needed.

No screw-in steps.

ATV permitted for hunting purposes only and must stay along the edge of the crop fields.

Camping allowed up by the grain bins on the east side of the property.
