This farm is perfectly located in the heart of prime deer hunting territory, just 1/2 mile north of the Pike County line. With a mix of timber, row crops, and a seasonal creek, it offers all the elements needed to attract and hold mature Illinois whitetails. The layout of this property is ideal for both archery and shotgun hunting. While walking the property, I identified several excellent stand locations and key pinch points where deer naturally travel to access the row crops. At the time of my inspection, the farm was absolutely loaded with deer sign, spanning from the hedgerow on the north side all the way through the timbered areas. One of the property's unique advantages is its seclusion. Portions of the timber are completely out of view from the county road due to the terrain, offering a sense of privacy. Trail cam photos further showcase the incredible potential of this farm. The landowner is friendly and accommodating.
