This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a unique opportunity to hunt an area with a very high deer population. The landowner is having real problems with deer damaging his crops and needs them thinned out. His properties however are all under 20 acres. So, we have combined all three properties into one lease to give 2 hunters a very nice lease at a good value.

You can see by the aerial photos that all three tracts offer secluded fields and small woodlots. These woodlots and the travel corridors that connect them will certainly provide ample shot opportunities at cruising bucks.

There are some large trees to get a stand in, but I think these properties all offer great opportunities for up close and personal shots from a ground blind.

The tract that stands by itself is approx 2 miles from the double tract property. The single track also consistently has produced success for the only hunter that has had permission in the past to hunt. Also, the landowner has seen turkeys on the property frequently over the last 2 years.
