THIS IS ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITE LEASES!.
You can't see it from the road, but nestled up over the hill is a beautiful 16A watershed lake fed by two hairy draws coming in from the east. On my latest visit to the property I jumped thirteen deer. Previously, I have seen many deer and turkeys on and around the property, and also the pond loaded with ducks and geese. The creek flowing into the pond creates some incredible habitat for all species- thick cedar patches and brush, open timber, steep, rocky hillsides... this is an awesome place!
There are the remains of several old rock buildings around the property that give this property some extra character.
Access can be from the south or east.
