This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Here you go.
This property is 260 acres of prime hunting ground in one of Indiana's top counties for deer and turkeys. The property has a little bit of everything that serious hunters look for in a lease. It is approximately half crop fields and half timber. The timber has a nice roll to it and a small creek running through it. During my walk on the ground, I found a couple of nice rubs, but what really stood out to me was the way this property lays and sets up for both archery and gun hunting. Also, since there are large stands of timber spread over the property, you will be able to spread out and still be in control of your own hunt.
The landowner lives on the property and will keep an eye on the property for you. They told me that they see deer at all times of the year and that there is a large flock of turkeys that they see regularly behind the house.
This lease fits father/child hunters, senior hunters that can't walk along way to a stand, trophy hunters and offers all types of game.
There is also an small established food plot already in place.
There is an abandoned home site (no building) on the east side of the property that is a perfect camp site. Landowner said that camping and/or a camper are welcome.
