This hunting lease is leased and not available. This farm is made up of timber, row crops and water. There is absolutely no doubt the deer are traveling through this farm, to and from the row crops. Upon speaking with the previous lessee, the deer are definitely using it during the pre-rut and rut when the bucks are seeking and chasing. Plus, add the water that runs through the timber, I cannot see why they wouldn't be there. The northwest corner of this farm is what I was most impressed by. The deer are heavily using this area as a travel corridor. I mistakenly deleted the photo's of this section of the farm before I uploaded them. The timber photo's you see are from the south section of the farm. As mentioned above, after speaking to a previous lessee,they stated this farm was absolutely on fire during the rut and saw numerous bucks chasing. The only trail cam pics the previous lessee could find was from when they still had velvet. However, do no overlook this farm, as it just might be that place, which looks like nothing, but ends up being something!
