Great property for that group of guys that are looking for a remote Arkansas hunting adventure. 240 acres of mostly hard woods that sits mainly on top of the Blue Mountain range. Good access with ATV's will provide much needed transport while hunting. On the day of inspection I did see deer & turkey, plus good wildlife sign. Landowner says there are good bear numbers in the area.

This property is 2 hours from Little Rock & 1.5 hours from Conway, AR.

ATV's & Camping allowed.

Never has it been a problem, but a few neighbors do have a legal easement to the other side of the mountain, through this property
