This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a giant piece of property that has everything needed to produce some giants. I jumped deer after deer and there were quite a few turkeys as well. Property is divided by a road into 3 different sections. The northwest section is very hilly and has 3 sections of woods that will all hold deer. I jumped deer out of every wood lot that I went into. The south section is a big hillside with a field on top that will help funnel the deer right to you. These woods are thick and should provide some good bedding areas. The eastern section is huge; the top field here is almost 3/4 of a mile long. The hayfields in the bottom are full of Alfalfa and there is crop ground bordering the north line. I jumped a bachelor group of bucks that would get anyone excited.

All sections either have a creek or a watering pond on them for the dry years. All the woods have good oak trees and bedding areas too. The cattle do have access to the woods, but they mainly stick to trails moving from field to field. I really think this farm will produce once you get it figured out.
