Another property in Wayne County that doesn't have a great deal of woods, however, if you go out and take a look at this place, you will see that the field edges are pretty marked up with tracks. I believe the deer are bedding in the marshy area/fields on the east side and making their way to feed in the crop field. A well brushed-in ground blind might provide some tremendous up close encounters. To me there is no better way to introduce young kids to hunting than from a blind.
There is also a small section of woods on the south end that will certainly hold some good stand sites.
This lease won't look like much on an aerial, but for the right hunter(s), this farm will be the perfect fit.
