This hunting lease is leased and not available.
A 280-acre working ranch with cattle and goats, you can bring your horses and use them for hunting purposes. A public road divides the farm and there are only four or five houses on the whole road. One side of the road has approximately 130 acres of mature hardwood forest; on the opposite side is the working part of the ranch with open pastureland divided by wooded areas.
The landowner says he sees deer daily and I scattered a flock of about 25 turkeys while making my inspection, and saw plenty of deer tracks. A nice creek runs through the property and there are some thick brushy areas.
This lease is for deer, turkey, and small game, the landowner wants all coyotes taken out on sight.
Camping is okay but there is not access to electric or water. The barn has several stalls where you can keep your horses while at the farm at no additional cost, just bring your own feed and water. ATV's are okay but the landowner prefers horses for hunting activities.
The landowner wants a phone call prior to hunting just to know you will be on the farm. The areas outlined in blue are no hunting zones.
