This hunting lease is leased and not available. 264 acres in Erie County New York located in DMU 9H. This area has limited public land and is well known for producing some of the best quality bucks in western New York. When I pulled into the farm to complete my property inspection there were already 19 deer standing in the field on the south side of the road. The food sources on this property can feed a large herd and provide the proper nutrition for bucks to develop large racks. There is an old apple orchard on the north side of the road that was loaded with fruit. I did not walk around the wood lots so I did not spook the high volume of deer already in the fields. The turkey population is outstanding on this farm also. Landowner reported seeing a large flock while cutting hay earlier in the week. This property will be fantastic to hunt and will provide numerous opportunities to harvest and observe game. Area outlined in blue is the bull pasture and should be avoided. Cows will be removed from pastures during deer seasons. No screw in tree steps please. Neighbor has an easement (outlined in blue) on the east boundary on the south side of the road to access his woodlot.
