This hunting lease is leased and not available. One of the more diversified properties I have inspected in quite some time is how I would describe this 72 acre parcel. What it lacks in size it makes up for in rolling hills, row crops, ponds, thick cedar swamp, hardwood ridges and everything in-between that will certainly make for plenty of hunting opportunities. As you can see by the pictures, there was no lack of deer trails and rubs. Landowner also told me that he is overrun with turkeys, so make sure to get your spring and fall season tags.

Lease is for all legal game and respectful use of ATV is allowed during the hunting seasons. Landowner is also okay with camping during the hunting seasons. As an additional benefit, he is willing to put in food plots if you buy the seed, fertilizer and give him something for fuel. Landowner lives right next to the property and will keep a watchful eye on it when you are not there. I really enjoyed my visit with them and I am sure you will too.
