This hunting lease is leased and not available. Every time I travel to Green County, the more I am impressed with the potential this county has to offer hunters. I truly believe this is one of the sleeper counties in the state and this unique 3 parcel - 175 combined acre lease should offer hunters the ability to hunt any wind and a variety of different deer. The aerials may not have the amount of wooded ground that a lot of hunters prefer, but the rolling terrain of Green County and wooded ground attached to each parcel should provide good habitat for wildlife. The anchor of this lease is a 106 acre parcel with wooded ground on the northwestern and southeastern corners of the property. There is also a natural pinch point almost directly in the center of this parcel which is also the easement between the northern and southern sections of the parcel. A mile or so from this property is another 27 acres that one might overlook at first glance, but on the southeastern corner is a very interesting inside corner that just might be a very good archery stand location. About 10 minutes from the first two properties is another 42 acre parcel that has two wooded draws coming up into the ag ground and wooded fence line for possible stand locations. All 3 of these properties combined should offer whoever leases them a lot of versatility and the ability to hunt different sets of deer that is just not the case if all 175 acres were on one parcel. All legal game are yours to hunt on this lease. Respectful use of ATV is okay on the properties, but landowner does not want any vehicles on the properties due to crops. Camping is okay with landowner's permission on where and when. All of the tillable ground is in crops and thus landowner will not allow additional food plots.
