This hunting lease is leased and not available. There is not much more I can say about Adams County, as it may be the best county in all of Ohio for top end whitetails. This particular farm reminded me of "Iowa". This property is on one of the best creek corridors in the county. There is good bedding cover, and the cedar trees are big enough to get a stand in for ultimate concealment. The biggest plus for this property is it is planted in corn and beans, which is rare in this county. The terrain fades down away from the roads so the whitetails can travel in the fields and never be seen. The lower fields on the west side will be left to grow into high grass. The section of woods on the east side is a perfect funnel during the rut. Furthermore, the creek will be perfect to hunt those rutting bucks. With plenty of food, water and cover, all in a super county, makes this farm the perfect lease for your group. Turkeys are a big plus here, and you can see one in the pictures if you look close. The landowner will work with you if there is something you need. There is a nice concrete pad by the barn if you want to bring a camper. This is a deer and turkey lease only.
