This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Here's an outstanding farm being offered for lease in Fulton County! These 456 Acres of prime hunting ground has it all; funnels, pinch-points, row crops, CRP, bedding, and water! You simply cannot ask for anything more when it comes to growing and holding big bucks. As you will see from the pictures, this is truly big buck country. There is no doubt that this area of Illinois holds and grows big bucks and Fulton County continues to produce those big bucks, year in and year out.
While walking the property, I literally become tired of taking photos of rubs and worn-down deer trails. There was not a section of timber I went into where I didn't jump up deer. I was able to snap off a picture of some of them, as you will see in the pictures. The landowner and I probably jumped up any were from 15 to 20 deer and that's a very conservative estimate. Take note on the size of the trees that are being rubbed. Without a doubt, there are some monster bucks that are calling this farm home! I have hunted just west of this farm less than a ½ mile and know the type of bucks that are in this area.
The landowner boards horses directly behind his home, and they do ride these horses on the farm. He also has some of the timber fenced off directly behind his house. However, these horses have been there for decades, and will have absolutely no effect on the hunting. I jumped a group of 6 to 7 deer right next to the horses. Plus, all you need to do is look at the harvest photos that come off this farm. There is a goose pit on the far west side of the property that is used by the landowner during the months of February and March - this is why those two months are not included in the lease.
