This hunting lease is leased and not available. 200 acres of diversified Rusk County land located just 20 miles east of Ladysmith. The eastern and southern sides of the property are a mix of hard and soft woods that also border some nice agricultural properties. There is a small creek that wanders through this part of the property as well. There is approximately 20 acres of row crops behind the old farm house and shed. A good share of the northern side of the property is a mix of tag alters, tamarack and birch which is extremely thick and will provide a safe haven for deer. The portions of the property that were logged several years ago are going to be extremely thick and provide plenty of browse that deer love. If you want to add another 120 acres to this lease, Property 6022 is also owned by this landowner. It is directly north of this property and separated by the fence shown in the listing. The pictures of the deer are those taken by the landowners when they hunted the combined properties.

Property is pastured but cattle tend to come off in September or early October.
