There is a good trail system throughout the property. Roads need a little maintenance to be able to access it all by ATV. The property lays well from gently rolling to steep. There are nice open timber ridges and hollows as well as plenty of thickets and cover. I saw a ton of deer sign upon inspection as well as a lot of turkey sign. There are several nice "oak" flats that run off of the main ridges, and will make great set-ups. There is a former "landing" on the property that would make a great location for a camper.
