There are rolling hills, hardwoods and some wet areas. Three separate fields with good access to each of them gives you the ability to hunt many different locations depending on the wind. The fields are expected to be planted in a corn and alfalfa rotation.

The owner requests you don't hunt with firearms in the wooded section directly behind the houses. No camping allowed on the property, but there are several camp grounds nearby.
