This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Note: This has been my personal lease for eight years, and I genuinely hate to leave, but it's time to move on. I took the 155" buck you see in 2017. There are always big bucks here as all the neighbors except one are trophy hunters. Don't let the aerials fool you on this honey hole, as this is where dreams come true on the Decatur/Benton County line. The property is bordered across the road by a hunting club that has managed its 4000 acres for 30 years. A neighbor with deer hunting experience whose property joins this one stated he had seen many 150" bucks over the years in this area. This twelve-year-old clear-cut planted in pines has plenty of hardwoods for stands in the mix. Plenty of browse for the deer in this perfect example of a great Tennessee Big Buck Hunting Lease. I was floored by the number of tracks and rubs I saw on inspection. The hardwood creek bottoms were full of rubs, old and new, and the trails tell me they cruise this place regularly. The neighbor often refers to the lease as a deer factory. There are stands on this property and at least one blind; use at your own risk.
**Logging roads mulched in fall 2016, and I have kept it bush hogged since then**
**Row crops to the west side of the property, so expect good activity here**
**Potential stand locations are numerous all over the property.**
**All game is open in season.**
**Camp in one of several great locations.**
**Food Plots and Mineral Sites are OK.**
**Great cover should help hold the deer for you.**
**Previous leaseholders harvested the two last pictures.**
