This hunting lease is leased and not available.
The number of rubs I found on this Tennessee Hunting Lease was phenomenal. Several signposts' rubs were noted on inspection. This property offers pines planted in 2002, mature hardwoods, and thickets throughout, which told me immediately that this is where they stay. Beds in one thicket showed regular use, near where I picked up a shed dropped this year. Trails crossing in every direction tell me there's no bad spot on the farm. Bring your ground blinds, hang-on stands, and ladder stands, and prepare for in-your-face action. Creeks provide your water sources, and there's plenty of browse here. Logging roads and small fields in the middle can be easily planted into food plots. The landowner plans some improvements to stream crossings in the near future. He is open to your suggestions to improve the property for hunting and plans a long-term partnership with Base Camp Leasing and you. Two great spots for camping and one could have electricity ready immediately at your cost. There are locked gates at the two entrances. Please print your maps. Huntstand is accurate here.
