This hunting lease is leased and not available. Beautiful property that is just simply laid out to hunt. Just south of Menomonie, you will find this 250 acre property with as nice of a mix of timbered and ag land as you will ever find. As you study the aerials, how many potential stand locations do you see? After walking the property I am betting you can at least double that estimate. Tons of inside corners, ridges leading to and from the ag and excellent deer and turkey sign will surely make this a quality lease. Bucks pictured in the listing are those of the landowner and taken in the past few years. Dunn County is producing some real quality whitetails so don't be surprised to see bucks even larger than this while hunting this fall. The other little secret about the "bluff" county is the actual acreage on the property is just so much more than it is when compared to other parts of the state, thus 250 acres will truly hunt much bigger than that.

This is an archery deer and spring turkey lease only. Landowner and his family retains all deer rights during the gun seasons. Don't let that discourage you as this is truly a beautiful property in a really good part of the state. Respectful use of ATV okay for stand placement and game retrieval. Food plots also okay with permission from landowner as to where, but plenty of crops already there. Landowner does want make of vehicles and license plate numbers so knows when you are there and can watch over things for you when you are not. No camping allowed. Lease end June 1st each year.
