This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a very nice 38+ acres on the Thornapple River near Nashville, Michigan. This is a good lease for a couple of guys looking for a duck & deer hunting spot. During dry years it is a thick bottom land with a heavily traveled deer corridor. During wet periods it is flooded timber creating a duck hunting mecca. There is a ridge along the river which always remains dry but you may need knee boots or waders to access it during unusually wet years.

The owner lives on a neighboring property that is within walking distance to the lease. You are welcome to camp on that property near his home and walk to the leased property, limited to one camper or tent. He will also allow you to use his small private boat launch on the Thornapple River to access the ridge at the back of the lease property.
