This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a nice little farm located in Bath County, KY. There is currently about 15 acres of soybeans on this farm with the rest in second growth and mature timber. There is a nice creek bottom that had deer trails and crossings all through it! The property was selectively cut about 15 years ago, so there are plenty of thickets to hold deer. The bean field was just littered with deer tracks, and I even found a couple of pear trees that the deer were very fond of. The property butts up to another bean field to the south and there is a natural funnel between the two farms and bean fields. There will be no lack of deer traffic on this farm and it should be real fun to hunt. The owner is a great guy and may be willing to allow camping on a different farm just down the road about a half mile away. ATVs would also be permitted; however, use will be limited.
