The southern 40 acres is primarily soft woods with some red and white oaks and the northern 40 acres is primarily a dense cedar and hemlock mix. This property could be one of the primary bedding areas for the deer since this property is nestled in-between agricultural land on the neighboring eastern and western sides. There was certainly plenty of deer sign to support that theory as shown in the pictures on the listing. Good access from the southern side and established logging trails should make for easy and quiet entry into the property and to your hunting stands.

All legal games is yours to hunt. Respectful use of ATV okay for hunting related activities when weather and ground conditions permit. Camping and food plots are also okay with permission from landowner.
