This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a great farm real close to the Missouri / Kansas line, which has that big deer smell to it! During the rut, this farm will be a deer magnet because of the big woods to the NW and the woods to the SW just off this property. The only good cover to cruise between these two big chunks of woods will be right through this property along the river. The railroad crosses through this property and has good mature woods along side of the tracks. Even though the two oxbows (In Green) by the river are not part of this lease, you will be allowed that extra room to hunt. Vernon County is in the 4pt restricted area, which will make the sighting of mature deer more prevalent.
