This hunting lease is leased and not available. This farm is in a great location and county. It will be a nice little farm for a couple of hunters. The landowner told me it has not been hunted much at all and he is looking forward to someone enjoying the property.

A year round creek, nice hardwoods, hay fields and a 12 acre pumpkin patch make this a sweet spot to hunt. I was here for 2 hours and did not see a single vehicle go by. It is in a very rural location.

You have access from the east, north and south. Landowner does request that on Sundays only, you park on the south side of the pumpkin patch field at the gate (see picture). Any other day, it's your choice where to park.
