This hunting lease is leased and not available. This farm is set up great and will hunt great too. It can be hard to find an available farm in Marshall County, but here you go! 3 different wood lots along with 3 different watering holes will give you plenty of tree stand and blind options.

The deer sign on this farm was over the top with an incredible amount of tracks in and around the row crops. The east side of this farm had deer traffic galore, and there were several fantastic potential stand locations. If you like ground blind hunting, it doesn't get any better than this. Where the watering holes are located, you will have some of the best up close action ever!

This farm has seen very little hunting pressure in the past. Combine that with row crops, timber and water... you have a fantastic place to hunt.

Access is anywhere on the west side. ATV allowed to retrieve game after crops are harvested. Some of the trees around water holes were taken last winter, but you still have good trees left over.
